In the app
- Open the Fine Tchop app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy and security.
- Tap Delete my account, read what will be deleted, and type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. If you have an order in progress, wait until it's delivered or cancelled first.
Without the app
Email privacy@finetchop.cm with the subject Delete my account and the phone number or email address of your account. To protect you, we'll confirm the request with you on that number or address before deleting anything. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What happens to your data

You can create a new account later with the same phone number. It starts empty.
Restaurant and rider partners
Partner accounts are linked to payment records, so we close them for you. Email support@finetchop.cm.
